Sue is an artist and teacher of painting on china and ceramics.  Living and working from the 18th century Coach House Studio, which is situated in the historic village of Church Brough in the Upper Eden Valley. 

Born and bred on the Fylde coast, Sue started china painting in 1983.  She studied for and achieved an NVQ 7306 Adult Teacher / Trainer Certificate and commenced teaching part time in 1987 for Blackpool and the Fylde College. 

Since moving to Cumbria at the beginning of 2004, she has promoted china painting through her talks and presentations which has led to a demand for classes.
